The company is driving the future of responsible AI compliance. Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Senior Consultant at Striv AI. In this role, you will lead client engagements by assessing and implementing compliance frameworks, such as ISO 42001 or NIST AI RMF, and providing strategic recommendations for AI governance solutions. Additional responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, overseeing audits, and customizing frameworks to suit client needs. You will work closely with clients’ internal teams and external stakeholders to foster trust, ensure compliance, and facilitate effective communication about regulatory requirements. Qualifications Strong knowledge of compliance frameworks and standards, including ISO 42001, ISO 27001, SOC 2, EU AI Act, and NIST AI RMF.Expertise in governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) with a focus on AI-specific challenges.Experience with compliance automation tools and implementing solutions that optimize their use for AI governance.Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and develop tailored compliance strategies.Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage with internal teams and external partners.Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and provide actionable insights.Proven experience in consulting, including leading client engagements and delivering successful compliance outcomes.Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Compliance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or ISO Lead Auditor are a plus.
