Human Resources Manager | Hospitality & Lifestyle Group | New York CityA dynamic and internationally recognized hospitality group is seeking a Human Resources Manager to join its growing team in New York City.This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in fast-paced, people-first environments and is passionate about employee experience, workplace culture, compliance, and operational excellence.The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and comfortable partnering with leadership teams across a multi-unit hospitality organization. This role will play a key part in supporting employees, strengthening culture, and driving HR initiatives that positively impact the business.What You’ll DoManage day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, compensation, benefits, leave administration, employee relations, performance management, and complianceServe as a trusted advisor to managers and employees across multiple departmentsHandle employee relations matters, investigations, conflict resolution, and performance-related conversationsSupport recruiting and staffing efforts including interview coordination and hiring processesHelp drive employee engagement, recognition, and culture-building initiativesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practicesSupport compensation and wage administration processesMaintain a strong HR presence throughout the organization through regular communication and partnership with operational leadersAssist with workplace safety initiatives and reporting proceduresSupport training, development, and leadership growth initiativesWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of Human Resources experience; hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or luxury service experience strongly preferredPrevious HR management or leadership experience preferredExperience supporting a large non-exempt workforceStrong understanding of employee relations, HR compliance, and labor practicesExceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skillsHigh emotional intelligence with a collaborative and service-oriented mindsetAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteMust be able to work onsite five days per weekCompensation & BenefitsSalary range: $75,000 – $90,000Health, dental, and vision insurancePaid time offCommuter benefitsDining perks and employee discountsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a respected hospitality organization that values people, culture, growth, and excellence.
