Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.* Sales & Metrics Mindedness - Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.* Inventory Management & Store Operations - Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper cash handling procedures, loss prevention policies ensuring proper financial management. Keep store operations running smoothly.* Process Orientation & Safety Compliance - Utilize structured processes to complete assigned tasks efficiently. Follow company safety policies and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) to maintain a secure work environment.* Product Knowledge & Installation Services - Stay up-to-date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems. Assist customers with wiper blade, battery, and light bulb installations.* Diagnostics Support - Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.What We're Looking For* Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old to apply.* Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required.* Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.* Flexible Schedule: Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.You'll Go The Extra Mile If You Have* Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED)* Exceptional Communication: Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English.* Automotive Retail: Previous experience in automotive retail* Certifications: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification
