The Computer Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing computer systems, providing technical support for hardware and software issues, maintaining computer systems, and managing troubleshooting tasks. Additional tasks include working on operating systems, ensuring proper functionality of machines, and assisting with general IT needs as required by the operations team.QualificationsStrong knowledge of Troubleshooting and Technical SupportUnderstanding of Operating SystemsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work on-site in Stafford, VAPrior experience in IT or computer hardware is a plusAssociate degree or certification in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experienceRequirementsProven experience in computer repair, assembly, or IT supportStrong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshootingExperience installing operating systems and basic networking setupAttention to detail and ability to meet daily production targetsAbility to lift and move equipment (up to ~40 lbs)High school diploma or equivalent (IT certifications a plus)Preferred QualificationsExperience working with refurbished or used IT equipmentCompTIA A+ or similar certificationCompensationPay: $16 per hourSchedule: 40 hours per week (full-time)
