Pharmacist

Job Description:- Dispense medications and provide pharmaceutical care to patients in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting.- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective medication use for patients.- Conduct medication therapy management and medication reconciliation services.- Educate patients on proper medication use, potential side effects, and drug interactions.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medication records.- Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to medication management.- Stay current with developments in the field of pharmacy practice and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.Skills:- Strong knowledge of pharmacology and medication therapy.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.- Attention to detail and accuracy in medication dispensing.- Proficiency in using pharmacy software and electronic health records.- Commitment to providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to underserved populations.RequirementsRequired Skills:- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution.- Valid pharmacist license in the state of practice.- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug interactions, and therapeutic protocols.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.- Proficient in using pharmacy management software and technology.
