From coordinating appointments and maintaining accurate records to assisting with intake, answering questions, and keeping information moving, your work will have a direct impact on the quality of services we provide.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, working with people, and staying organized in a busy environment.OVERVIEW OF PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:This position requires a high level of organizational skills and accuracy. The ideal candidate must be able to accurately input information, manage databases, and multitask on a daily bases. They will also be responsible for filing, organizing charts, answering phones. This position is a very fast-paced position and requires excellent customer service skills to respond to the needs of the people we serve and our staff. The person must be able to effectively manage high stress situations. Multitasking is essential.PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:Answer and screen callsAssist Staff, ClientsComplete daily data entry, filing, and faxingSchedule Doctor's appointmentsInput data into EHR system/websitesOrder office suppliesRun Daily/Weekly reportsAssist with Intake ScreeningsEnroll /Discharge ClientsAccept PaymentsADDITIONAL FUNCTIONAL / ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT:Assignments may be determined at a future dateQUALIFICATIONS AND ATTRIBUTES:Strong organization skills with accurate attention to detailExcellent communication skills and the ability to multi- taskHands-on experience with network administration.Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environmentSufficient skills to communicate effectively with system users regarding technical and business issues.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:2 years' experience is preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookPHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS:Must be capable to sit or stand in front of a computer for long-periods of timeAble to work in open space floor planMust be capable to move throughout work day and follow people served throughout communityWork alongside co-workers within 3 feetMust be able to move in tight spacesOccasional lifting of > _25+ poundsIf you're organized, people-oriented, tech-savvy, and ready to be an essential part of a team that makes a difference, we'd love to hear from you!An Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability and Veterans
