Our Over the Road Truck Drivers are leading the industry in driver compensation, benefits and carrier stability. Company Truck Driver Pay and Job Details: Base Pay = $0.70 per mile PLUS Extra Pay. Home 5 days every 18 days out New Truck Driver Transition Pay: Solo Drivers earn $2375 or $22200 plus 1 day of PTO in their first 30 days Practical Miles Paid on Loaded & Empty Miles Pay Raises of 1/2 cent per mile every 40,000 safe paid miles 85% Drop and Hook Freight - No Canada or NYC - 100% No Touch Freight $1475 or $1300 Safety Bonus & Paid Time Off every 90 days Equipment is primarily 2021-2025 Freightliner Cascadia Tractors equipped with automatic, Flat Screen TV, Microwave, fridge, inverter, FREE Sirius XM Radio and more. Freightliners with PasSmart up to 68 mph. Orientation is 4 days in either - Columbus OH, Charlotte NC, or Manchester PA. You will be provided a rental car or flight to get to orientation plus a private Hotel Room including Breakfast & Lunch Provided.
