Required Procedures: IP & OP Acute Care Settings, ER, Surgical Care & Suturing. Office Equipment: - Olympus Cystoscopy Machine x 2 - Valleylab Force Electrosurgical cautery machine - Laborie Portascan 3D bladder scanner - Laborie Urodynamics machine and uroflow - Laborie PTNS device x 2, BK medical TRUS machine No. of Exam Rooms: 6 Total No. of Beds: 140 Beds in the Dept: 3-5 Trauma Level: III EMR: Epic & Synapse (IP & OP) Hospital Privileges Required: Yes Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: Active CA License BC DEA BLS, ACLS At least 2 yrs of current hospital/clinical activity in the specialty
