Operator I - Packaging Machine

Role: Repackaging Operator supporting pharma packaging operations.Responsibilities IncludeVerifying and preparing materials and equipment for production.Setting up and changing over packaging machines following work instructions and SOPs.Operating, troubleshooting, and adjusting packaging equipment; escalating issues when needed.Ensuring raw materials are repackaged into finished products within specifications and quality standards.Collaborating with maintenance for mechanical issues and maintaining cleanliness of work areas.Understanding batch records, completing documentation accurately, and adhering to cGMPs and safety protocols.Participating in technical and compliance training, supporting continuous improvement, and working as a team to meet production goals.Qualifications And SkillsHigh school diploma or GED required.Preferred minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience.Ability to read, write, and understand English, with basic math skills.Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work overtime when needed.Additional Information: Offers comprehensive benefits, training, and development opportunities, with a focus on diversity and equal employment opportunity.
