PROGRAM MANAGER

Position Description You will serve as a Program Manager in the SYSCOM Security Cooperation Department of NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND . Position Duties/Responsibilities You will direct the development of comprehensive program plans to ensure fulfillment of requirements, fiscal adequacy and planned progress. You will identify and defend resource requirements for life-cycle management of the assigned program. You will direct the preparations of documents, specifications, requirements, criteria, and standards that define needs and parameters of a program. You will assure that all planning is fully integrated with the overall program team effort and that of other participating services and agencies when involved. You will manage requirements/design tradeoffs and overall risks. You will be responsible for team building.
