This role involves recruiting, training, and supervising youth mentors, ensuring they provide effective guidance and support to young individuals in our community. The supervisor will also develop program activities, manage partnerships, and monitor program outcomes to foster a positive and impactful mentoring environment. Clarvida is hiring a Youth Mentor Supervisor to lead and support staff serving children, clients, and families in Pottsville, PA. This full‑time role offers strong leadership responsibilities, program oversight, quality improvement participation, and opportunities to influence policy, standards, and service delivery.
