Rather than simply enforcing rules, this role partners across the organization to translate regulatory requirements into practical, business‑aligned solutions. You’ll help strengthen compliance programs, reduce risk, and support teams as the company continues to evolve.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders, and building systems that support both compliance and innovation.What You’ll DoPartner with internal teams to identify compliance risks and develop practical, actionable solutionsMonitor compliance with applicable regulations, certifications, and internal policiesEvaluate operational and procedural areas for compliance gaps and improvement opportunitiesAid in researching regulatory changes and proactively assess their impact on the organizationPrepare clear, meaningful compliance reports and insights for leadershipSupport audits, certifications, and regulatory submissionsMaintain compliance records, tracking systems, and documentation standardsOversee vendor risk management initiatives and analyze vendor performance metrics to enhance risk mitigation and ensure regulatory compliance efforts.Address and resolve consumer complaints in a timely manner and drive continuous improvement in compliant management process.What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience2–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory, risk management, or a related disciplineStrong working knowledge of compliance requirements and regulatory standardsAbility to translate complex regulations into clear guidance for non‑technical audiencesExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skillsStrong communication skills with the confidence to collaborate across teamsProficiency with Microsoft Office toolsNice to HaveCompliance certification (e.g., CRCM) or interest in obtaining one with company supportExperience conducting employee training or working cross‑functionallyBackground in a technology‑driven or growth‑oriented environmentWhy You’ll Love Working HereAt Nuvative, your work directly contributes to how we operate, grow, and innovate.
