*POSITION DESCRIPTION* IT Infrastructure and Support Manager North American *FUNCTIONAL REPORTS TO *Global IT Infrastructure & Security Manager *About Datamars* Datamars is a global data solutions company with a 30+ year legacy in animal and textile solutions. Also, he will lead the local IT Infrastructure & Support Specialist to provide an appropriate experience for end-users, and provide an escalation point for first and second level support staff. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - INFRASTRUCTURE* Maintain core infrastructure, servers, network, security systems * Physical server environment * Hypervisor environment * Cloud environment (AWS) * Networking and Security * Telecommunications * Documentation of procedures. * Maintain and test the local back-up. * Work closely with other team members. * Assist with training of users. * Monitoring of infrastructure. * Timely problem analysis and resolution. * Liaise with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues. * Manage procurement and vendor relationships for infrastructure. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - APPLICATIONS* * Maintain Business systems * SharePoint * Office365 * Documentation of procedures and configuration. * Work closely with other team members and involved staff. * Monitoring of systems. * Problem analysis and resolution. * Liaise with HQ and vendors to resolve software issues. * Assist with training of users. * Manage procurement and vendor relationships for business systems and software. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – HELP DESK SERVICES* * Manage the desktop support team and outsourced support services. * Provide an escalation point for T1 and T2 desktop support staff. * Manage helpdesk calls, dealing with advanced user issues. Liaise with users. * Resolve infrastructure or systems issues arising from proactive monitoring. * Troubleshoot software issues. Help to identify and resolve issues in a complex multi layered environment. * Monitor and resolve or escalate to HQ. * Manage IT procurement, end-user hardware and software vendors, and end-user telecommunications vendors. *KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – ERP* Familiarity with SAP B1 Familiarity with FP&A systems (SAP BPC) Prior experience integrating WH modules (MRP, WMS) * Support to all SAP B1 users as first level problems solving, and inquiries Coordinates communication and the resolution of complex issues with overseas ERP support teams * Manages projects including planning and execution of enhancements * Manage communication with external vendors (Banks, TPM etc.) to ensure smooth systems operation * Manages Unit Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, User Training etc. * Proactively review existing systems and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and productivity * Provide analysis and solutions for failures related to data production process * Contact HQ SAP managers and partners when unable to resolve issues internally * Retrieve raw data for supplemental analysis *CULTURE & VALUES* *BE Passionate; Aim to Excel; Respect one another; Strive for Performance; Be Empowered!* * Customer centric – Solution focused – Relationship driven * Innovative – delivering advanced integrated technologies to transform sectors * Collaborative – sharing ideas & collaborating across global teams * Competitive & growth mindset – Market leaders – Goal oriented – growth focused Job Type: Full-time Pay: $98,139.00 - $107,439.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Flexible spending account * Health savings account Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Temple, TX 76504: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
