Operations Manager

We are looking for an Operations Manager to create a positive, structured work environment that focuses on client customer service delivery, client communication, vender relationships, and employee support. Responsible for Operations oversight and supervision including: Manages recruitment, scheduling, fleet management & equipment maintenance. Ensures correct operating procedures for clients to maximize overall satisfaction. Management oversight for Field Security Manager, Mobile Patrol Manager, and company Supervisors. Work with CEO, Vice President & General Manager, and Finance Manager. Establishes training for employee base to give them better understanding of processes, expectations, and procedures. Oversees scheduling and overtime while following budget guidelines. Oversees employees to ensure standards, quality, and site visits. Ensures billing is accurate for services delivered. Utilizes reporting to build efficiency and improve profitability of the business. Oversees company vender base to ensure standards and pricing. Educates team on latest safety standards in the industry. Carries out supervisory responsibilities including employee recruitment, onboarding/orientation, training security employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. *FPS has generous advancement, training, and bonus opportunities. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; and five years related experience and/or training; or ten years equivalent combination of education and experience.
