Property Damage Assessment Specialist

Job Title: On-Site Property Damage Assessment Specialist (Xactimate Experience Preferred) Job Description: On-Site Assessments: Conduct in-person evaluations at client locations to assess property damage for insurance claims. Detailed Documentation: Measure, photograph, and perform Matterport scans to create a complete record of the damage. Homeowner Interaction: Communicate professionally with homeowners, ensuring they understand the process and feel at ease. Attention to Detail: Capture all relevant damage details to build a clear narrative for the estimating team. Summarization Skills: Provide concise summaries of findings to support final estimate preparation. Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience in water restoration or mitigation is a plus. IICRC Certifications such as WRT, AMRT, FSRT are a plus Familiarity with moisture meters is highly beneficial. Experience with Matterport scans is advantageous. Work Schedule and Compensation: Flexible Hours: Up to 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Competitive Pay: $25 to $30 per hour, depending on experience.
