A high-volume casino restaurant in the Pacific Northwest is looking for a hands-on Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, raise service standards, and drive profitability. If you love being on the floor, coaching teams in real time, and running a tight business, this is a great fit.The RoleYou will oversee front of house, back of house, and beverage operations while building a strong culture, protecting margins, and ensuring guests have a consistently great experience.What You Will OwnLead day-to-day restaurant operations and shift executionSet and reinforce service standards and a clear sequence of serviceHire, train, schedule, and develop a high-performing teamCoach performance, provide feedback, and ensure accountabilityManage labor to forecasts and adjust in real time based on volumeControl inventory and cost of goods to hit target marginsOversee pricing, POS updates, comps, voids, and discounts with full accountabilityResolve guest feedback quickly and professionallySupport special events, private dining, and VIP requestsMaintain compliance with health, safety, and company policiesPartner with Facilities and Environmental Services to keep the venue consistently guest-readyWhat We Are Looking For5+ years as a General Manager in a high-volume, multi-million-dollar restaurantStrong leadership, communication, and team-building skillsWorking knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and culinary fundamentalsFinancial and operational discipline, including comfort with POS systems and basic reportingFlexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak periodsValid Food Handler’s Permit and ability to meet MAST certification requirementsAble to stand up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 poundsComfortable working in a smoking environmentPreferredAA or BA/BS in Hospitality ManagementAgilysys POS experience
