Enterprise Platform Coordinator - Collibra/Atlan

** Looking for Candidates Experience with Collibra, Atlan, Alation, and Manta **** Hybrid at San Francisco, CA / San Ramon, CA - 4 days a week from office** Candidates doesn't need sponsorship needs only apply **RESPONSIBILITIES:Experience in leading the Enterprise Platform strategy, including roadmap, adoption,and long-term scalability.Provide end-to-end ownership of governance platforms such as Collibra, Atlan, Alation, and Manta, including configuration, lifecycle management, andcontinuous enhancement.Lead implementation of data lineage, metadata management, conceptualmapping, and lifecycle controls to ensure traceability, usability, andauditability.Drive AI implementation within governance platforms to enable responsiblemetadata enrichment, discovery, stewardship workflows, and governed AIuse cases.Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirementsincluding GDPR, CCPA, and applicable industry standards.Drive integration of governance platforms into enterprise systemssupporting analytics and AI use cases.Lead governance reviews, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliancewith internal and external controls.Identify and mitigate data governance risks, especially related to sensitiveand regulated data.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:10+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or enterprisedata platform roles.Proven experience leading Enterprise Platforms or programs.Strong understanding of governance frameworks and operating models.Experience implementing AI-enabled capabilities or supporting AI use caseswithin governed data platforms and enterprise data ecosystems.Understanding of responsible AI principles, metadata-driven AI enablement,and governance controls required to support compliant AI adoption.Deep knowledge of data privacy laws and regulatory compliancerequirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Experience operating within environments with strong audit, risk, andregulatory oversight.Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and driveenterprise adoption.Ability to translate business needs into scalable governance platformcapabilities.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,Data Management, or related field.Desired Skills:Certification in data governance or data management (e.g., DAMA CDMP).Hands-on experience with Collibra, Atlan, Alation, or Manta.Experience leading enterprise governance adoption efforts.Experience supporting AI, analytics, or metadata-driven initiatives leveraginggoverned data.Familiarity with responsible AI governance, AI metadata models, orgovernance controls for enterprise AI implementations.Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
