Position Summary Cannula is one of the critical components used in manufacturing of needles. BD produces very large quantities of Cannula in different regions to support critical to healthcare products across the globe. Senior Executive. Cannula Supply Chain analyst will be responsible for ensuring accuracy of existing analytical tools and develop new tools for healthy supply of Cannula to all of BD’s internal manufacturing sites and to external customers through accurate and effective planning processes over short-term, mid-term and long-term horizons. II. Key Responsibilities Cannula Planning and Analytics Consolidate Global Cannula Requirements for 20+ internal and external Cannula customers for 24–36-month horizon. Validate the requirements against the Finished Good demand outlook to ensure alignment. Run analytical models to translate these requirements into monthly production plans for Cannula producing sites (both Cannula and other lower-level components). Run RCCP to constraint the plan. Communicate the plan to Cannula and related component producing manufacturing locations. Develop PVA tracking for Cannula Supply. Developing visual dashboards with large data sets as input to drive key decision making with use of Power BI. Lead weekly S&OE meetings with Cannula Manufacturing sites. Process Development and Continuous Improvement During the first couple of years of the role, there will be a need to do process development and improvement like moving the process to SAP based planning, activating SAP PPDS for Cannula manufacturing sites etc. Continue to look for process improvement opportunities and drive the change management. Drive continuous improvement on inventory ,service, cash, and cost of cannula. Communication and Training Regularly and clearly communicate with all stakeholders the outlook on Cannula including assumptions, risk, opportunities etc. Train the input providers and users of the process around how information is used in the process how output of the process needs to be read. III. Education University degree in Supply Chain, Technology, Business, or related field. IV. Experience 3-6 years of professional experience in Power BI and under analytics and Supply Planning/Inventory Planning/Material Planning. Experience of working as part of complex teams and organizations will be an added advantage. VI. Required Knowledge and Skills Well versed with Power BI and under analytics. Good understanding SAP BI, SAP MRP, SAP PPDS, SAP APO etc. Excellent understanding of material planning (BOM, routing, etc.) Good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills Good Communication Skills (both oral and written) Willingness to flex work timings to suit the needs of the job Analytical and problem-solving skills Learning agility and open to change Collaborative and team player Click on apply if this sounds like you!
