Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Coordinator located in Midlothian, VA. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, handling phone inquiries, and ensuring efficient communication between patients and the dental team. Additional duties may include verifying insurance details, assisting with billing processes, and providing exceptional customer service to patients.QualificationsStrong skills in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist DutiesExperience with Appointment Scheduling and maintaining organized calendarsUnderstanding of Medical/Dental Terminology and its application in a dental settingExcellent Communication skills and ability to interact in a professional and friendly mannerProficiency with basic computer systems and dental office management softwareAbility to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in a dental or medical office is a plus
