Data Modeler

Role: Data Modeler Location: Cary-NC Fulltime Role with TCS Under minimal supervision, analyze complex business requirements, translate them to data requirements and develop conceptual, logical and physical data models. Partner with development teams to ensure best design solutions for most efficient use of data. Manage plan, organize, and implement multiple and complex data and information design tasks. Help devise standards and processes, to adjust for rapidly changing technologies and environments. Skills List: 5-8 years’ work experience in database design, including at least 3 years’ experience as a Data Modeler. EXPERT ERWin data modeling skills. Thorough mastery of logical and physical data modeling. SQL DB technology in multiple platforms. Emerging No-SQL and Azure Cloud DB approaches and challenges – and how to model. Lead those that are not on our team to execute our standard Enterprise Data Modeling point-of-view. Very effective oral and written abilities. Excellent analytical and investigative ability.
