This role is responsible for overseeing program delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and managing cross-functional teams across complex IT initiatives.The Program Manager will lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology solutions in a highly regulated federal environment, ensuring quality, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage large-scale IT programs supporting enterprise modernization initiativesOversee program planning, scheduling, execution, and delivery across multiple workstreamsCoordinate cross-functional teams including development, data, testing, and infrastructureServe as the primary point of contact for program-level communication and reportingEnsure alignment with federal standards, security requirements, and compliance frameworksManage risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies across the program lifecycleTrack program performance, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget executionCollaborate with stakeholders to define priorities, scope, and success criteriaSupport Agile and/or hybrid delivery models, facilitating program governance and reportingEnsure quality assurance, documentation, and continuous improvement across all activitiesMinimum Qualifications:15+ years of experience in IT program or project managementExperience managing large-scale enterprise IT programsStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologiesExperience working in federal or highly regulated environments (preferred)Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related fieldPreferred Qualifications:PMP (Project Management Professional) certificationExperience with data modernization, cloud, or enterprise platformsFamiliarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD, and modern delivery practicesPrior experience supporting IRS or similar federal agencies (nice to have)Sky Solutions Benefits & Culture at a Glance Healthcare & WellnessMedical, dental, and vision coverage tailored to your needs.Supplemental options like life insurance, disability, HSA/FSA available.
