Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing support and assistance to the Corporate Partnerships Department and team sponsorship partners in all areas as needed. Duties include but are not limited to service, fulfillment, communication, CRM documentation and execution of all elements of every partnership agreement and other duties and assignments as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Document and track all activities in CRM
Initiate and maintain constant communication and excellent business relations with all corporate partners and prospects, including in-person interaction and phone/e-mail interaction.
Collaborate with other Reds departments to coordinate and fulfill sponsorship obligations and opportunities.
Fulfill all corporate agreements to satisfy team obligations and sponsor expectations.
Monitor and communicate sponsor feedback to maintain integrity of all relationships.
Coordinate and track all sponsor hospitality and on-site events including suites, tickets, catering, merchandise and entertainment
Plan and coordinate annual sponsor trips and other department events with sponsor engagement
Manage follow up on all inventory and proof of performance including artwork, photographs, samples, and media summaries
Responsible for notifying all sponsors of deadlines and securing all necessary materials
Develop, track, and coordinate all signage with appropriate sponsor, signage company and internal departments necessary
Coordinate and execute all sponsor on-site (and off-site, as applicable) activation and set up including on-field corporate games, Fan Zone events and corporate sponsored golf outing.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Three to five years experience in marketing, event coordination, project management and/or promotions
Experience as a sponsorship liaison, advertising sales or agency background helpful
Game attendance on evenings and weekends is required.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with superb attention to detail, highly developed problem solving and critical decision-making skills
Strong work ethic

High proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to multi-task and prioritize efficiently

Ability to work independently
Ability to meet deadlines
Willingness to assist others with courtesy and cooperation
Reliability and dependability essential
Graphic Design experience/skills a plus

Perform duties as workload necessitates
Service a select number of accounts and other responsibilities as determined by department leadership
Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload
Meet Department productivity standards
Work Environment:
Candidate must be willing to work game days including long hours, evenings, weekends and holidays. Game attendance on evenings and weekends is required.
