This role maintains optimal inventory levels, minimizes waste and obsolescence, and supports efficient manufacturing and fulfillment processes. The Inventory Manager leads and develops the Inventory Team while partnering with cross-functional departments to improve inventory performance and support business objectives. This position plays a key role in ensuring products are available to meet customer and operational needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support the Inventory Team, providing training and professional development opportunities.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback for team growth.Create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Oversee inventory operations using Addium’s ERP system & collaborate with IT to troubleshoot and enhance ERP system updates and functionality.Identify and resolve inventory discrepanciesDevelop processes that improve efficiency and accuracyExecute inventory replenishment and optimize turnoverLiaise with other departments and buyers to minimize obsolete stockConduct weekly cycle counts and corrective actions based on root cause analysisHire, train, and evaluate team performanceAdminister schedules, workflows, and disciplinary actions per company policyQualifications2+ years successfully managing inventory or receiving teams5+ years of experience in Inventory, Receiving, or Warehouse operations3+ years combined experience in quality control, inventory management, and cycle countingStrong experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)Forklift operation and safety experienceExperience coordinating material audits and implementing process improvementsStrong analytical and communication skillsAbility to both lead and work alongside team membersExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skillsProfessionalism, tact, and ethics in workplace interactionsStrong time management and attention to detailSupervisory experience with the ability to train and guide staffProficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory softwareWhat We OfferCompetitive salary Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement plan with a company match (up to 4% after your first year)Paid Time Off, Sick Leave, and 11 Paid Holidays Ongoing learning and development opportunities to support your growthClear paths for career advancement as you grow with usCompany-paid life and disability insurance for peace of mindHealth savings account and flexible spending account optionsA collaborative, inclusive work environment with regular team-building activities and fun company eventsApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
