Concrete Superintendent

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to oversee and manage all on-site concrete operations from layout through placement, finishing, and curing. This role requires strong leadership, deep technical knowledge of concrete construction, and the ability to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise all concrete-related field activities, including formwork, rebar installation, pours, finishing, and stripping Coordinate daily work plans, crews, subcontractors, equipment, and material deliveries Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety requirements Monitor productivity, schedule adherence, and quality control Conduct site inspections and address field issues in real time Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Inspectors Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations Maintain accurate daily reports, manpower logs, and progress updates Train, mentor, and lead field personnel Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Concrete Superintendent or Foreman Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and sequencing Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Proven leadership and crew management skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities OSHA 30 preferred Valid driver’s license Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions and lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Experience Commercial or industrial concrete projects Structural concrete, foundations, slabs-on-grade, elevated decks Experience with large-scale or fast-paced projects Additional Information Competitive Pay · Health Insurance · 401(k) with company match · Paid holidays and vacation · Supportive, family-like team and strong work-life balance · Opportunities for advancement and skills development Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
