To support profitable business development, the full-time California Licensed Inside Broker will manage a broker's book of business remotely, providing technical expertise, customer service, and ensuring optimal market placements for commercial insurance accounts. Key responsibilities Collaborates with brokers to ensure client satisfaction and strategic market placement for commercial accounts Evaluates submissions from retail insurance brokers and analyzes risk exposures to determine suitable insurance markets Drives revenue growth through lead generation and meticulous account management while addressing retail brokers' needs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Business Administration, Sales, or Risk Management 5+ years of experience in Wholesale Brokerage, Commercial Insurance Sales, or Underwriting with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 years with a Master's degree State P&C and/or surplus line license is required
