The Project Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned construction projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating logistics and material deliveries, conducting inspections, and facilitating effective communication between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. The position requires ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards while addressing and resolving any challenges arising during the project lifecycle.QualificationsProject Management: Proven skills in overseeing project planning, execution, and completion.Logistics and Expediting: Experience in logistics management, expediting materials, and ensuring timely delivery of resources.Technical Oversight: Proficiency in conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.Additional desired skills include excellent organizational and communication abilities.Experience in the construction industry or related fields is a strong advantage.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
