You will visit their apartment complex to evaluate a specific leasing professional. As an independent contractor, your primary tasks will include contacting the leasing office, making an appointment with the specified leasing professional, and evaluating the telephone experience. Subsequently, you will visit the property and assess the community as a typical applicant (middle-income). Key Responsibilities: Contact the leasing office to schedule an appointment with a specific leasing professional. Assess the telephone experience and customer service during the initial contact. Visit the property, carefully observing and documenting your interactions with the leasing professional. Evaluate the property, amenities, and overall experience as a middle-income applicant. Maintain a discreet and professional demeanor throughout the assessment. Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills. Exceptional communication and report-writing abilities. Ability to act and appear as a typical middle-income applicant. Dependable and punctual.
