Concrete Finisher

Responsibilities: - Perform concrete finishing tasks such as pouring, leveling, and smoothing concrete surfaces - Use various tools and equipment to shape and finish concrete, including trowels, edgers, and power screeds - Apply finishing techniques such as stamping, staining, and sealing to enhance the appearance of concrete surfaces - Repair and patch damaged or uneven concrete surfaces - Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate placement and finishing of concrete - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively Skills: - Experience in carpentry or related field is preferred - Knowledge of drywall installation, welding, blueprint reading, caulking, stucco application, flooring installation, heavy equipment operation, or commercial driving is a plus - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during the concrete finishing process Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
