Must be strong enough to lift 50-75 lb bucketsStarting Pay: $13/hrShift: 3AM to 12 PM or until finishedRequirements:Mixer (general)-In charge of mixing the dough for Aspen Mills' primary bread products.-Must be able to read and understand production sheets & recipes, and mix dough at requested batch sizes.-Must be able to measure and prepare mixtures of micro-ingredients (salt, sugar, yeast, ect.) for use on the next production day.-Must understand the look and texture of each dough we make, in order to determine when it's done mixing.-Must have good time management and planning skills, so the day's dough is mixed in logical order, and at a good pace, to be processed correctly.-Must be able to manage up to 5 batches of dough mixing at one time.-Must practice FIFO (first in, first out); and allergen separation, when using ingredients.-Must be strong enough to move the heavy mixing bowls onto and off the mixing machines.-Must refill ingredient buckets when they are empty.
