Desktop Support Engineer
8+ years of experience in Desktop Support or End User Computing roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policy management.
Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems.
Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, routers, switches).
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work under minimal supervision.
