You will be speaking directly to people who have been through a challenging time, which means your marketing strategies must balance aggressive lead generation with deep empathy and trust-building.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Qualified Leads: Design, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (PPC, paid social, SEO, direct mail, and email) to consistently generate 5 to 10 qualified homeowner leads every month.Targeted Outreach: Develop highly targeted campaigns aimed at Eaton Fire victims who urgently need rebuilding services.Conversion Optimization: Build and refine high-converting landing pages, ad copy, and sales funnels that highlight our unique value propositions, specifically the ClearPath™ 14-Day Approval Guarantee.Analytics & Reporting: Track acquisition costs (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lead-to-appointment conversion rates.
