General Laborer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience or interest in steel and heavy duty vinyl/canvas fabrication. This role requires proficiency with hand tools and power tools, as well as the ability to work effectively in a shop environment. *Duties* - Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools for assembly and fabrication tasks. - Assembly of products by yourself and with a team, ensuring quality standards are met. - Perform tasks related to shop operations, including inventory management and material handling. - Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. - Safely operate forklifts to transport materials within the manufacturing facility. - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times. *Experience* - Previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is preferred. - Familiarity with mechanical systems and assembly techniques is highly desirable. - Ability to operate forklifts and other machinery safely. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. - Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing work environments. You will be working for a tarp fabrication business as well as a junk removal business. Sometimes we will be in the shop building and installing truck tarps, to digging holes and installing posts for shade sails, welding and fabricating, to junk removal jobs, which typically involve driving/riding around in the work truck and loading junk, couches, fridges, tires, etc into the trailer, and taking to the dump.
