The role involves setting up, operating, and troubleshooting injection molding machines, performing mold changes, and ensuring consistent quality and efficient production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Job ResponsibilitiesSet up, process, and change over injection molding machines (60–400 ton Nissei and Sumitomo machines) Perform mold installation, mold changes, cavity block adjustments, and set changes Adjust machine parameters such as temperature, shot size, and pressure for optimal production Program and operate robots for part removal and de-gating Load raw materials and support material handling needs Troubleshoot molding processes and resolve production issues Support operators with quality control and inspection tasks Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including general housekeeping Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements Perform additional duties as assignedQualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 3 years of injection or blow molding experience preferred Ability to read technical prints and processing documentation Skilled in use of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, optical comparators) Strong understanding of resins, shrink rates, and mold setup/processes Experience with tooling setup and process troubleshooting Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities ,
