Remote Sales Representative (High-Ticket Program)

Who We AreWe are Rooted PMHNP Mentorship, a national education and support community created by and for Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners. Our mission is to empower PMHNPs to launch and grow thriving private practices with proven business tools, systems, and support that NP school never taught.Our program is high-ticket and high-impact, transforming both clinician careers and the patients they serve. As part of our team, you won’t just be “selling a program” — you’ll be guiding NPs toward the exact strategies they need to change their careers, reclaim their freedom, and expand access to mental health care.This is a commission-based, remote sales role with unlimited earning potential. The ideal candidate is professional, empathetic, and motivated — someone who loves connecting with people, asking thoughtful questions, and closing high-value deals that truly change lives.RequirementsExperience selling high ticket programsExperience in high ticket sales for business coaches, wellness professionals or mental health professionals (preferred) Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)Availability 3–5 days per week for booked sales callsParticipation in 4-day challenge events every other monthAttendance at weekly sales & marketing meetings (Wednesdays, 9:30–10:30am PST)Job Responsibilities1. Lead Handling & Pre-Call PrepReview inbound leads from webinars, challenges, and ads.Qualify leads through applications or questionnaires.2. Sales CallsConduct Zoom/phone calls (30–60 minutes).Build rapport, uncover needs, present offers, handle objections.Close sales and collect deposits or payments.3. Pipeline & CRM ManagementUpdate CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Close.io, etc.).Track key metrics: call volume, show rates, close rates, revenue generated.4. Follow-UpSend recap messages, proposals, and contracts.Nurture no-shows and follow up with prospects not yet ready to enroll.5. Team CollaborationProvide feedback on lead quality to marketing.Ensure smooth handoff and onboarding for new clients.Compensation10% commission per enrollment (e.g., $750 on a $7,500 program).With current lead flow and pricing, top performers can expect $75K–$125K+ annually.Calls are booked with pre-qualified leads as part of a larger sales team.Areas for GrowthWe’re considering eventually expanding this role to include Client Success Management, with responsibilities such as periodic client check-ins and support planning. This would not be immediate but rather something to consider longer term.
