We are hunting for a heavyweight champion of the legal industry—a highly respected, senior legal leader or recently retired Am Law 200 Managing Partner, Law Firm COO, Law Firm CFO, or corporate General Counsel.You are someone who can command the immediate attention of a law firm executive committee or a room full of equity partners with a single phone call. Your reputation is unassailable, your network is elite, and you intimately understand the operational pain, partner burnout, and margin compression caused by legacy law firm infrastructure.As a Strategic Advisor & Board Partner, you will bridge the gap between our hardened, ready-to-deploy technology and the executive decision-makers who need it.Primary Responsibilities:Institutional Door-Opening: Use your peer-to-peer relationships to introduce the Themis Historical Audit Utility directly to Managing Partners, COOs, and CFOs at law firms with turnovers ranging from $80M to $300M+.The "Revenue Integrity Review" Strategy: Position our high-conversion, zero-risk diagnostic tool (the RIR) to target law firms for free. You will lead the narrative, showing your peers how a 48-hour local data scan can uncover millions in historical leakage and permanently fix their partner profit pools.Strategic Board Direction: Advise our leadership team on enterprise legal procurement cycles, partner compensation psychology, and market expansion strategies across the US legal sector.The Compensation & Wealth PotentialThis position is initially structured as a high-conviction, equity-only advisory role during our rapid 90-day pilot deployment phase.Immediate Equity: We are offering a premium, founder-tier advisory equity allocation.
