Job Title: Industrial Engineer / Manufacturing Engineer – RoboticsLocation: Raymond, OH / Marysville, OhioSalary:$80K – $85K + RelocationExperience Required: 8+ YearsResponsibilities:Execute manufacturing/robotics project activities including:Plant investigationFeasibility studiesDevelopment engineeringProblem tracking and solution developmentPerform:Interference analysisClearance analysisWeld spot distribution planningCycle time validationDevelop and write:Equipment specificationsRobot specificationsProcess specificationsConduct robot reach studies and robotic simulations.Support robotic simulations for:Welding processesSealing processesMaterial handlingPaint operationsFinal assemblyProvide engineering support for:New vehicle model introductionProduction ramp-up initiativesManufacturing line innovation/renovationCoordinate effectively with onsite and offshore engineering teams.Manage engineering project deliverables and execution activities.Required Skills:8+ years of Robotics Engineering experience.Strong expertise in:3DX / 3DEXPERIENCE (Mandatory)Robotic SimulationManufacturing / Industrial EngineeringKnowledge of:Weld processesPaint operationsFinal assembly manufacturingStrong project management and coordination skills.Delmia V5 – PreferredEducation:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
