Mobile Phlebotomist

*PART-TIME MOBILE EXAMINER – INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR* *Seeking examiners available to cover approximately a 30-mile radius* *Driving and performing blood draws are required for this opportunity* We are seeking experienced medical professionals to provide mobile paramedical examinations throughout Vermont on an independent contractor basis. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity where you can provide availability that works with your schedule. Mobile appointments are completed at applicants’ homes, workplaces, or other approved locations within your assigned service area. Responsibilities May Include: * Performing mobile paramedical examinations * Obtaining health histories and recording applicant information * Taking manual blood pressure readings and other vital signs * Collecting and completing specimens, including blood, urine, and saliva * Maintaining timely and consistent communication with the branch office regarding case and appointment status * Completing and submitting required paperwork and documentation accurately * Traveling to applicants within your assigned service territory Preferred Qualifications: * At least one year of current phlebotomy experience with strong blood-draw skills * Ability to accurately obtain manual blood pressure readings * Valid driver’s license * Reliable transportation with valid automobile insurance * Availability to travel approximately 30 miles from your home ZIP code * Strong communication, organization, and technical skills * Professional and courteous communication when working with applicants, office staff, and management * Ability to successfully complete a background check How It Works: As an independent contractor, you’ll provide your availability and be assigned a predetermined territory based on your location and the areas you’re interested in covering. As cases become available within your service area, appointments may be scheduled based on your availability. Appointment information and required documents are available through our online portal.
