Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):Assist with preparation of the stand display(s) as needed before the event begins so that fans can view what is for sale*Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stand throughout the duration of the event*Ensure an excellent experience for each fan by providing prompt and thorough customer service*Handle guest credit/debit cards and other applicable transactions properly*Assist fans with their purchases by sharing merchandise information such as pricing and sizing*Assist leadership team with running product between stands*Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications:Must be at least 18 years oldCompletion of High School or GED Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Ability to work in a fast-paced, often loud, but exciting environmentMust have attention to detail and accuracy in inventory managementStrong organizational skills for maintaining merchandise displaysAbility to work collaboratively within a team Job Demands:Ability to work up to 12 hours per shift - this is an option, but will not be requiredMust be able to stand for extended periodsPhysical capability to lift up to 30 lbs using safe lifting practicesWalking Constant (>67%)Standing Constant (>67%)Reaching Overhead Frequent (34-66%)Reaching Forward Constant (>67%)Lifting Frequent (34-66%) 30 lbs maximum weight of items liftedPushing Frequent (34-66%)Pulling Frequent (34-66%)Climbing Ladders Occasional ( Hershey Entertainment and Resorts is an Equal Opportunity Employer
