The Escrow Support Processor is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include: Provide centralized clerical processing of documents connected with the initiation and closing of residential escrows. Process a high volume of escrow documentation accurately and efficiently in a production-focused environment. Support branch operations by relieving offices of high-volume paperwork responsibilities. Ensure escrow files are properly set up, documented, and processed in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain accuracy and organization while managing competing priorities in a deadline-driven setting. Perform behind-the-scenes processing functions without direct communication with branch offices, customers, agents, or lenders. Meet productivity expectations within a fast-paced, high-volume workflow environment. Required qualifications for the position include: High School diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to follow established escrow procedures. Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
