Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a leading farmer-owned cooperative and a pioneer in organic food production industry are seeking to hire a 1st shift data entry specialist to join their team in greater La Crosse, WI area. this is a remote position.Pay: $20-$23/hr BOEShift: 8:00am-4:30pmMonday through FridayResponsibilitiesProcess address and phone number updates for supplier and farmer records.Complete ship-to extensions and material extensions in SAP.Perform zip code validations to ensure accuracy and compliance.Validate direct deposit and ACH information against required documentation.Review and process simple supplier setups following standard guidelines.Record and update work instructions to document processes.Audit and organize farmer quit notices from the past 1.5 years.Support general Master Data quality initiatives and projects as assignedQualificationsHigh attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to follow detailed work instructions and processes.Basic computer skills; experience with SAP or data systems a plus.Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.#ZINGZIP#ZINGMW
