Housekeeping Supervisor Drift Santa Barbara Drift Santa Barbara is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to help lead one of the strongest housekeeping teams in the business. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in high standards, loves mentoring seasoned professionals, and thrives in a boutique hotel environment. As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll support the General Manager in the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department and serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) on days the GM is off. You’ll be a key partner in maintaining Drift’s elevated guest experience through exceptional cleanliness, organization, and team leadership. What You’ll Do Supervise and support a highly experienced housekeeping team, ensuring consistent quality and efficiency Assist the GM with daily housekeeping operations, scheduling, inspections, and department organization Serve as Manager on Duty when the GM is off, acting as a leader and point of contact for hotel operations Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout guest rooms and public spaces Conduct room inspections and provide clear, respectful feedback to the team Support training, onboarding, and ongoing development of housekeeping staff Ensure compliance with safety, cleanliness, and company standards Communicate effectively with Front Desk and Maintenance to support smooth daily operations What We’re Looking For Previous experience supervising a housekeeping department in an upscale or boutique hotel Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a seasoned team High attention to detail and pride in delivering top-tier cleanliness standards Comfortable stepping into a leadership role and making decisions as MOD Excellent communication and organizational skills Spanish speaking is a plus Why Drift Work with a respected, professional housekeeping team Be part of a design-forward, people-centered boutique hotel brand Opportunity to grow with a company that values quality, culture, and leadership If you’re a confident, supportive leader who understands what excellence looks like in boutique hospitality, we’d love to meet you.
