Specialty Dental Regional Manager

Regional Dental Manager – Connecticut + Northern NJ(NJ includes Brick, Madison, Vernon, Montclair + select upstate NY locations)We’re seeking a proven multi-unit healthcare leader to oversee a high-performing region of dental practices across Connecticut, Northern New Jersey, and parts of upstate New York.This is a true regional leadership role—not a single-site administrator position. You’ll lead 12–16 practices, driving performance, developing teams, and partnering closely with providers to deliver exceptional patient care and business results.About the RoleAs a Regional Manager, you’ll serve as the operational and cultural leader across your region.
