Req.) DescriptionOur client, a growing plastics manufacturing company, is seeking a President to lead overall business strategy, financial performance, and operations across multiple facilities. In this role, you will partner closely with ownership to drive profitability, support continued growth, and build a strong, accountable leadership team. The ideal candidate is a high-impact executive with a strong manufacturing background, proven P&L ownership, and the ability to lead both strategically and operationally. Responsibilities• Own overall company performance, including profitability, growth, and long-term success• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing senior leadership team (7 direct reports)• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and full P&L management• Partner closely with ownership to align priorities, strategy, and key business decisions• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple manufacturing locations• Maintain key customer relationships and represent the company externally as needed• Provide monthly and quarterly financial updates, analysis, and recommendations• Drive growth through customer expansion, market development, and increased capacity• Evaluate strategic opportunities including acquisitions, capital investments, & market expansion• Improve and standardize costing, pricing, and quotation processes across the business• Establish and improve systems, processes, and infrastructure to support operational excellence• Ensure appropriate safety, risk management, and insurance programs are in place• Support banking and lender relationships and participate in financial discussions as needed• Lead resource allocation and capital planning to support operational and strategic growth• Foster a transparent, accountable, and open-door culture across all levels of the organizationPresident (Manufacturing Exp. Qualifications• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred• 10+ years of manufacturing, with 5+ years of top-level leadership experience is required• Strong financial acumen with prior P&L responsibility is required
