If you're detail-oriented, driven, and passionate about supporting meaningful work-this is where you belongAbout the RoleThe Compliance Specialist I plays a key role in supporting New Freedom's compliance and regulatory efforts by helping ensure our programs operate with accuracy, integrity, and alignment to required standards.This is a hands-on, detail-driven role that partners closely with the Quality & Compliance Director and internal teams to support audits, licensing readiness, documentation, and ongoing compliance initiatives.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and values precision, organization, and follow-through.What You'll Be Responsible ForSupporting regulatory compliance and monitoring efforts, including licensing and accreditation requirementsAssisting with internal audits, surveys, and licensing readiness activities to ensure program complianceMaintaining accurate, organized, and confidential documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standardsContributing to quality improvement initiatives and risk identification effortsCollaborating with internal teams to address compliance gaps and support operational readinessProviding administrative and project support to ensure deadlines, priorities, and compliance activities are executed effectivelyWhat Success Looks LikeCompliance activities are organized, accurate, and consistently executedDocumentation and records are complete, timely, and audit-readyPotential risks or gaps are identified early and addressed proactivelyYou are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectivelyInternal teams experience strong support and clear communicationWhat We're Looking ForExperience in compliance, regulatory, quality, or related administrative rolesStrong attention to detail, organization, and time management skillsAbility to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a structured environmentA proactive, accountable, and team-oriented work styleComfort working with confidential and sensitive informationStrong communication and problem-solving abilitiesWhy You'll Love Working HereWe take care of the people who take care of others.
