Job description:Administrative AssistantLocation: Onsite, Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PMCompensation: Starting at $19/houPosition OverviewOur client is seeking a professional and polished Administrative Assistant to support the VP of Real Estate within the Real Estate Department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced office environment, enjoys supporting leadership, and can balance professionalism with a warm, approachable demeanor.The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Corporate Office Manager and play a key role in keeping daily administrative operations organized and running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide direct administrative support to the VP of Real EstateCreate, maintain, and update spreadsheets and other administrative documentsRespond to correspondence in a timely and professional mannerOpen, sort, and distribute incoming mailPartner closely with the Corporate Office Manager on daily office and departmental support tasksAssist with general clerical and organizational duties as neededMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and interactionsQualificationsPrevious administrative support experience required, preferably supporting leadership or executivesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, especially ExcelHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProfessional presence and polished interpersonal skillsComfortable working in a role that requires resilience, adaptability, and confidence
