Not only on crafting cake, but on growing your career.RESPONSIBILITIES:Bake the full line of cakes by diligently following the NbC recipesRemove cakes from pans and properly package themPut cakes in cooler and rotate stock per NbC standardsComplete a daily production sheet and share it with managementTrack inventory of baked goodsAlert management to issues and maintenance needs for equipmentMaintain refrigeration logsKeep baking area, tables, equipment and tools clean and sanitized to local codesHelp with all kitchen clean upMaintain and supervise the execution of all health code regulationsAssist other departments as needed and directedQUALIFICATIONS:Able to lift up to 80 lbsPossess a strong sense of teamworkIntegrityTakes initiative Has the ability to work under pressureHas physical stamina Enjoys doing repetitious workHas a strong sense of pride in workHas good organizational skills and can foresee problemsCan multitask without losing site of the detailsApply now.
