** Must have Home Health HCHB and OASIS experience **Position OverviewThe RN Clinical Management Specialist is a qualified professional responsible for collaboration with Home Health and Hospice leadership in planning, coordinating, and delivering quality services to the client. This is a regional resource assigned as needed for interim clinical leadership, training, and/or clinical support.This position is a hybrid role that will require in office training and clinical support in any of the locations in Florida. You must live near one of the locations.Requires weekly travel to the potential locations:Sarasota, Ft.
