Route Sales Representative – Appleton, WI Join the Cold Front Distribution Team! As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Route Sales Representative to join our team in the Appleton, WI area. Compensation Starting Salary: $55,000–$60,000 annually, depending on experience What You'll Do Deliver frozen food products safely and accurately to established retail accounts Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding service Merchandise products and maintain attractive displays as needed Utilize handheld technology to complete deliveries and manage inventory Rotate products and ensure quality standards are met Represent Cold Front Distribution with professionalism and integrity every day Qualifications CDL preferred, but not required Monday through Friday schedule — weekends off Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds Must meet all DOT medical certification, drug, and alcohol testing requirements Previous DSD, grocery, food distribution, or route sales experience is a plus, but not required Experience using handheld delivery devices is preferred Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, DOT physical, drug screen, and have a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR) Benefits PTO begins accruing with your first paycheck and is available for immediate use Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available after 30 days of employment (effective the first of the following month) Company-paid Life Insurance Company-paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance 401(k) available after 30 days, with a company match of 50% of employee contributions up to 6% after six months of employment Company-provided uniforms Company cell phone Annual work boot allowance If you're looking for a rewarding career with a growing company that values hard work, customer service, and teamwork, we encourage you to apply today and become part of the Cold Front Distribution team.
