This is an onsite position.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Provides administrative support for Rawlings R&D Department including receptionist duties, giving tours, etc.Serves as the main point of contact for all facility-related issues (building management, contracted services, etc).Creates POs for any R&D and machine shop needs.Places orders for samples, office supplies, etc. as directed by R&D staff.Supports R&D and Quality teams with data analysis and specification management.Coordinates with baseball/softball players and DBAT facilities on product testing.Assists with travel booking for the R&D DepartmentAssists with product certification tracking and renewal.Coordinates office functions (lunches, team building activities, etc).Assists with shipping and receiving.Trains and mentors temporary warranty employeesOther duties as assigned or requested.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:Bachelor's degree preferred, or comparable work experience.One (1) to three (3) years of administrative support experience preferred.Proficient with Microsoft Office software, Word, Excel, Power Point.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of professionalism and positive people-interface skills, specifically with end consumers.Proven skills in building strong internal and external business relationships. Ability to work with cross functional groups.Ability to be flexible and adaptable as needed.Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.Strong ability to multi-task; ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.Previous experience with ERP systems a plus (JDE Enterprise1, SAP, etc).Enthusiastic attitude and passion for sports, especially baseball and/or softball is strongly preferred.Previous experience with PROPEL and/or mini-tab statistics software such as SQC Pack is a plus.Working Conditions: General office and manufacturing work environment.This job description does not list all the duties of the job.
