Hi Team,Our client is looking for a Kore.ai Developer Project in Remote below is the detailed requirement.Job Title: Kore.ai DeveloperLocation: RemoteJob Description: Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.2–5+ years of hands on experience developing bots on the Kore.ai XO PlatformMust have strong programming experience in Python and JavaExpertise in building integrations using REST/SOAP APIsGood understanding of conversational AI concepts: NLP, intents, entities, dialog design, sentiment analysis.Experience with bot orchestration, event handling, webhooks, and bot lifecycle management.Knowledge of JSON, XML, MySQL/NoSQL, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred).Understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT, Basic Auth).Good to have experience integrating Kore.ai with contact center systems such as NICE CXone, Genesys, or Five9.Good to have experience on working in Agentic AIDemonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
